One of the cooler displays at the Angelsey Abbey Light Show was this set of white fabric flowers with lights in them. for one reason or another it really caught my eye.

Moored longboats at Baits Bite Lock
This is a beatiful tranquil spot to go and have lunch with some friends. On a particularly sunny day I took my camera and the clouds were just right for this shot. Overall I’m very proud of this picture, there’s something extremely eyecatching about it and it does what all good photographs should do; it captures the moment sitting there in the sun with a cold drink and a sandwich.
Minimal Darktable processing:
- Slightly lightened the exposure
- Enhanced shadows (shadows and highlights module)
- Standard processing using Nikon Like Alternative curve
- Profile based noise removal (the D7000 seems to come up a little noisy at 640)
